Velvetech had to build a solution that would help the company to process, cleanse, and enrich customer data within shorter time frames. Such a customer data technology stack would free 20/20 Foresight’s resources by taking care of rudimentary data management tasks, saving the company’s operating costs.
Process
Velvetech implemented the customer data technology stack to facilitate data processing and cleansing at scale. The solution completely automates data handling and hooks with the company’s CRM to keep the records up-to-date at all times.
One of the top priorities on the project for 20/20 Foresight was to make sure customer data remains secure. To address this challenge and to prevent unauthorized access to the company’s mission-critical tool, Velvetech implemented a username & password authentication.
In addition, we implemented email notifications with performance updates and error logs. This feature makes it easy for 20/20 Foresight to keep tabs on the solution’s performance.
Outcome
20/20 Foresight has been able to drastically decrease its operating costs now that its employees spend less time processing data. Instead, they engage in more conversations, where the human factor is key. And there’s a lot of talking to do. In mere weeks, the company’s database has grown by 20%.
